How We Work
We operate in two key ways:
- Project-Based Delivery: Clients assign us full projects. We allocate developers from our internal team and manage everything end-to-end. The developers are paid by us.
- Direct Developer Hiring: Employers can browse our verified developer base, contact them, and hire directly. In this case, the developer becomes your employee, and we act as a talent matchmaker or headhunter.
Our Developer Community
Developers from around the world can register, get verified with a small £5 fee, and be featured in our searchable talent database. We promote your profile to employers actively looking for your skill set.
Many of our developers work remotely, and we also assist with sponsorship and visa support when employers are looking to relocate international talent. We believe in equal opportunity and career growth for all developers, regardless of geography.
