How do I hire a developer through your platform?
You can either hire developers directly from our verified developer pool or assign us a project which we deliver using our internal team. Direct hires involve contacting and recruiting developers yourself. For projects, we manage everything end-to-end.
What’s the difference between project-based and direct hiring?
In project-based hiring, we handle the project and assign developers we pay. In direct hiring, you recruit developers directly from our platform and they become your employees.
Do you charge a fee for hiring developers?
For direct hiring, we act as a headhunter and charge a placement or introduction fee depending on the arrangement. For project-based services, you only pay for the scope of work delivered.
Can I get support with contracts or visas (sponsorship)?
Yes, we can support employers who wish to sponsor skilled international developers. We assist with documentation and connect you with verified candidates open to relocation or remote work with future sponsorship plans.
Are developers pre-vetted?
Yes, all developers go through an identity check, skill verification, and profile screening before they appear in our talent listings.

How do I join the platform as a developer?
Simply register your account, pay the £5 verification fee, and upload your details including your skills, experience, and CV. Once verified, your profile becomes visible to employers and clients.
Why is there a one off £5 verification fee?
This fee is only for non UK nationals who are not eligable to work in UK and requires a sponsorship to work in UK.This ensures quality control and discourages spam registrations. It covers manual checks and helps maintain a trusted developer base.
Will you help me get hired or find freelance work?
Yes! Once verified, you become visible to employers. Our team may also recommend you for projects or direct opportunities based on your profile strength.
Do you provide sponsorship for relocation or visas?
We work with employers who offer sponsorship for the right talent. If you're looking for relocation or visa sponsorship, make it clear in your profile. We'll prioritize promoting you to clients open to this.
Can I work remotely through your platform?
Yes, most of our roles and projects are remote-first. You can apply globally and work from anywhere unless otherwise specified by the client.
